tangled and sweating

the smug has left the building

Jerry’s hat is coming along, finally.  I’ve ripped back twice so far, and the yarn is so tangled that my mantra of manageable lengths of yarn has gone right out the window.

Thank goodness for two pieces of good news:

  1. I’m about to run out the door to attend my first spinning guild meeting.  I’m nervous with excitement.
  2. The duty of picking up my mother-in-law from the airport has been given to a comrade, so I will be able to enjoy the Superbowl with my hubby and the kids.  I really tried hard not to sound angry in my last post, because I wasn’t angry.  But I’m really happy that I can watch the game.  Go Giants!

But seriously, people.  I’m worried now that I can’t get the hats done.  Time is running out!  Send speedy knitting vibes!  Only seven point five days left!

You’ll be fine and finish all your hats. Do you have some bulky yarn you can use? Hope you had loads of fun spinning.

    Go Giants!!

Ooooo have fun at your meeting. I’m sure it will be great. Do report back about it! And I have confidence that you will get your hats finished. Just stop wiping your kitchen counters for the week. ;)
