Color stranded socks worked in a soft, sport weight yarn. The garter stitch heel is worked with two strands of yarn held together for extra reinforcement. The motif started, as usual, with scribbles on graph paper. My son noticed the resemblance to a graveyard, and I can thank him for the naming of these socks.
